About Us
Our journey starts in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2007 when Conventot Telecom was founded with primary focus on construction of Telecommunication Towers and Equipment Installation. As the mobile operators’ networks matured, our main focus shifted towards Mobile Network Engineering including Radio Access Planning, Transmission Planning, Drive testing, and Optimization. We have helped our clients in many steps of their continual enhancement process such as Vendor Swaps, merging RANs, introduction of 3G, 4G, Carrier Aggregation, VoLTE. Over the years Conventot Telecom has developed successful long-term partnerships with its clients and subcontractors in many European countries.
We pride ourselves on assembling a team of top engineers in our industry. Some of our engineers have been in the industry for more than 20 years, and many of our people are with us since the beginning 10 years ago, showing great commitment to the company. Our team steadily grows to cover the increasing volume of projects, as well as emerging features and technologies. Currently the company has over 50 employees covering wide range of services such as design, analysis, optimization, measurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and others.
As for the future – we are looking forward to the challenges and the possibilities of emerging technologies in the ever-changing market of telecommunication industry. We will continue to grow our palette of expertise and services to offer in order to meet the demands of our present and future clients in their paths towards success.
