Market Tendencies:

Region
Town of Bansko is situated in south-western Bulgaria at the foot of Pirin mountain. Still in 1979 it has been announced unique settlement of international significance for tourism. The thick snow blanket in winter season is a precondition for the dynamic development of the ski-tourism. There are available 56 km. of ski-paths, 35% of which for beginners, 40% for skilled and 25% for masters, as 80% of the ski-paths are provided with machines for unnatural snow in case of snowless days. 12 km. far from Bansko is the main ski-zone Shiligarnika, situated at 2500 – 1700 m. above sea-level. Close to the town are built-up also paths for biathlon and Alpine disciplines. All ski sites are completed with regular transport and the skilled instructors in the ski schools train the beginners.
Bansko attracts visitors also with its historical monuments and natural beauty. To the south is Pirin national park. The wealthy of lakes, waterfalls, caves and century-old trees caused it to be registered in the List of national parks and reserves of the United Nations. Close to the town is the Rila monastery, one of the most famous on the Balkan peninsula. Both sites are included in the List of world natural and cultural heritage of UNESCO. Only at 6 km. from Bansko is the balneologic resort of Dobrinishte, well known for its mineral and healing springs.
Both in winter and summer seasons Bansko is the staring point for high mountaineering tourism.

Properties for sale are apartments as well as equal parts of the land thereof
The sale shall be executed on the basis of initially preliminary agreements.
The payment shall be made on 3 stages. The first 30% of the sales amount shall be paid upon signing of the preliminary agreement.
