Conventot Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 by Mr. Grisha Zlatkov with objects construction and sale of administrative and residential buildings, hotels, offices, shops, exhibition halls, and other sites. The company has employed all intellectual, technical and technological resources as to provide individually the overall contracting process – from the marketing and market study, design and building of the construction sites to their final setting into operation.

As a stable leader in this sphere, Conventot Ltd. entered also the sphere of investments. Its latest projects have been developed in this context. The Company’s present priorities are focused towards the most perspective and dynamically developing Bulgarian sector - tourism. As a result from the expansion of the company’s activity, the involvement of sub-contractors for the construction of sites is required.
